Getting Out : Creeps
Memory book songs | from exfamily - Monday, February 25, 2008 accessed 731 times Hello and greetings in Jesus' precious name. Need something to remind you of your past? Haven't felt creeped out in awhile? Or are you just in the mood for some good ol' memorization time? Well look no further. Here, for your spiritual nourishment, I now present every JJT shiner's wet dream, the complete set of "Those Memory Book Verses Turned To Song With Jeremy Spencer's Slide Guitar Et Cetera, Whatever They're Called". Close your eyes and drift off, back into a world where spankings and powdered milk reign supreme, with these inspiring and uplifting memorization-aids. Turn on and tune in to Mo's missives for the masses. Just lie back and relax, and let all the haunting memories you've tried to suppress for so long come flooding back in. | from Tinaph80 Tuesday, March 04, 2008 - 22:04 (Agree/Disagree?) Man, I haven't heard those songs in forever! I can't stand it because hearing them brings me right back to Austria 1990. I was 10, and in the kitchen doing dishes or making eggs. It really trips me out. (reply to this comment)
| from holysavage Tuesday, March 04, 2008 - 11:05 (Agree/Disagree?) And to think that some of us actually used to sing those songs or think "Lion, the Dragon and the Beast" was "cool"....makes me want to puke! (reply to this comment)

| | | | | from rainy Wednesday, February 27, 2008 - 12:23 (Agree/Disagree?) The best thing about these tapes was it made it easier to remember your verses for video night. Unfortunately it was too late for my age group, we were already onto obscure chapters by the time they came out. But I remember playing them for the babies all the time so they'd know all their verses by the time they were kids and never have to miss their videos. Poor babies. They have my heartfelt apologies.
