He was in the Philippines in the mid to late '80's, short, ugly, pudgy, with a southern US accent, claimed his father was a famous inventor, told systemites he was an electrical engineer. Claimed he was from world services. Had a fondness for stealing money from single mothers and beating their children literally black and blue, mostly for imagined affronts to his "spirituality" or because he could sense powerful demons possessing 6 year olds. Was in Canada for a bit and then went to the US. He refused to ever reveal his true identity (system name) for "security".
